We’re partnering with a well-established food production and manufacturing company in Central Washington that’s seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to lead their maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure seamless production operations.
- Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies.

Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in food production or manufacturing.
- Proven management/supervisory experience.
- Strong expertise with equipment and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of grading systems and food manufacturing processes is a plus.
