Maintenance Manager at Judge Group

Salary: $150,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

The Judge Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager with manufacturing and capital projects experience for a Fortune 500 aerospace manufacturer in Downey, CA.

 

COMPENSATION: 160k plus bonus

 

MUST HAVE – 5+ years experience in a large industrial manufacturing environment

MUST HAVE – Experience implementing and driving a metrics based KPI system

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

-  Manages a maintenance team (2 facilities engineers and 10 – 20 maintenance mechanics

-  Troubleshooting and identify root causes

-  Manage maintenance activities to minimize plant downtime

-  Oversee capital projects 50k to 1 million budget each (General construction, equipment HVAC, etc.)

-  Design equipment to support systems and facilities

-  Procure equipment

-  Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff

-  Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities

-  Implement and drive a metrics based KPI system

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-  No degree required (Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred but please apply)

-  5+ years experience in a large industrial manufacturing environment
