Maintenance Manager at Techintelli

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the group supervision of the maintenance, automation, and custodial staff. Provide training, leadership, and coaching to team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire and train department staff.

• Supervision of the storeroom, water treatment, co-generation, and custodial department

• New construction

• Annual budget of capital expenditures

• HVAC

• Repairs and improvements to buildings and grounds

• EPA regulations

• Purchase of molding machines and related auxiliaries

• Sale of used equipment

• Interface between the Police, Fire Departments, and various Insurance Companies

• Responsible for quarterly, semiannual, and annual departmental objectives

• Enforce all company policies, rules, and regulations. Champion safety through leading by example, training and enforcement of policies.

• Conduct performance appraisals, recommend transfers, promotions, pay increases when appropriate.

• Work with Human Resources to address any disciplinary actions, employee complaints, or discharges in accordance with company policies.

• Responsible for training and developing employees to ensure competency in all positions and at all levels.

• Screw and barrel repair and related problems.

• Ensure that the company upholds and works towards finding new, innovative, and economically reductive ways to stay and become“greener”.
