Overview
Our client, an established manufacturing company, is seeking their next Maintenance Manager! They are looking for someone technical and hands-on, who they can grow and develop. You must have experience managing direct reports and be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the work.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of maintenance experience, hands on as well as dealing with direct reports
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities & tasks
Education:
- Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related discipline, will also accept non technical degree with more hands on technical experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise two Maintenance Supervisors, overseeing processes & activities across facilities
- Manage capital resources, physical facilities, infrastructure, equipment, and grounds
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the design, repair, maintenance, and improvement of equipment and machinery
- Oversee the Corporate Safety Program, including safety committee and PPE program
- Follow regulations & standards set by OSHA, EPA, MIOSHA, DEQ, etc.
