Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our concrete paver plant. Only candidates with concrete products manufacturing experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance staff and schedules to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee repairs and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management within concrete manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
