Position Summary:
Euro-Wall systems, a leader in innovative fenestration solutions, seeks a highly technical and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. This critical role focuses on ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of all production equipment, strongly emphasizing CNC machinery, fenestration manufacturing tools, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high reliability and operational efficiency levels.
What you will do:
- Maintenance Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the maintenance of CNC machines, fabrication equipment, and other specialized fenestration manufacturing tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules for all critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety systems.
- Technical Expertise
- Leverage advanced technical knowledge to assess, diagnose, and repair highly specialized manufacturing equipment.
- Work with technical manuals, schematics, and digital tools to ensure proper diagnostics and repair.
- Lead the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by identifying and addressing recurring equipment issues.
- Leader of People and Facility Management
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training, coaching, and mentorship to ensure technical growth and performance.
- Foster a culture of safety, reliability, and accountability within the maintenance team.
- Collaborate with production, engineering and operations teams to align maintenance activities with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services when required.
- Oversee the maintenance of the facility's infrastructure, ensuring a clean, safe and efficient work environment.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability and extend asset life
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and implement proactive solutions to improve uptime and reduce repair costs.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records to track trends and ensure compliance within regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Regularly inspect and test equipment to identify potential issues before they arise.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or a related field' or equivalent combination of education and extensive technical experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a highly technical manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of fenestration manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, and associated technologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics and blueprints.
- Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on reliability and process improvement.

Pay Range:USD $105,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
