Maintenance Manager from Kane Partners LLC

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for a production company who will be instrumental in the safety, reliability, and efficiency of the maintenance department.

You will have a crucial role in working with the strategic objectives of the company to drive performance and operational excellence.

· Have a good working knowledge of maintenance, reliability, mechanical integrity, and quality assurance best practices

· Able to identify needs for improvement and implement change

· Have knowledge of maintenance budgeting and methodologies

· Experienced with work management processes including planning & scheduling and preventative maintenance

· Demonstrated experience in supervising hourly personnel, showcasing strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to oversee and coordinate maintenance staff effectively, ensuring a safe and productive work environment

· In-depth understanding of safety regulations and practices, with a consistent track record of promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture within a team or organization

· Determine project maintenance requirements by following preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and review, evaluate, and prioritize maintenance work requests to establish job steps, estimate man-hours, and specify parts and equipment needs

· Oversee the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure maintenance and repair activities are performed safely and efficiently, in alignment with company policies, procedures, and technical specifications

· Experience with paper converting or manufacturing – and experience in a management role
