Maintenance Manager at Kelly Professional & Industrial

This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be hired directly with our client and offered their vacation, PTO and benefits upon hire!

Benefits:

Details:

• Hours: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday – occasional weekends.
• Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 plus up to a 14% bonus

Preferences:

• Ideally looking for someone with prior foundry/furnace experience.
• We are looking for a hands-on leader who is organized, can implement new KPIs and lead change management.
• Five + years of experience as a Maintenance Manager
• Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems.

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Enhance and maintain the preventative maintenance program to maximize equipment productivity
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems
• Develop project management plans for maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Train, mentor, and lead maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in facility operations
• Experience with foundry processes including electric controls, water and hydraulic circuits and the sequences involved in the startup and shut down of the equipment is preferred
