Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
• Manage and mentor the Operations Maintenance Leader, E&I technicians, and maintenance mechanics.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Plant Manager and leadership team on maintenance priorities and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in maintenance management software.
