- Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing.
- Highly successful Food/Beverage manufacturer seeks an accomplished Maintenance Manager to provide leadership and direction to plant maintenance. Join a prestigious F500 consumer packaged goods manufacturer in Denver, CO, and propel your career to new heights!
- As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.
- You will lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect).
- You will drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices, at this critically important manufacturing plant.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team including Production to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance.
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 - $135,000 salary range, plus 15% bonus.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of plant equipment Maintenance (or Engineering) experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of Continuous Improvement is required.
