About the Role:

• As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.
• You will lead and mentor a team of 26 reports (4 direct, 22 indirect).
• You will drive efficiency and excellence in maintenance systems and practices, at this critically important manufacturing plant.

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Safety, HR and the rest of the Leadership Team including Production to schedule and execute equipment and facility repairs.

• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track and enhance maintenance function performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of plant equipment Maintenance (or Engineering) experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of Continuous Improvement is required.
