Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and manage all aspects of the Maintenance department, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and optimal performance of the team.
- Drive team performance by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational objectives, ensuring the department contributes effectively to overall plant success.
- Ensure optimal equipment performance through the maintenance of machinery, proactive management of parts inventory, and oversight of maintenance programs including Preventative Maintenance (PM), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Total Equipment Efficiency (TEE), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Develop, refine, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance-related activities, with a focus on predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Leverage technical expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production and maximum equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years of hands-on experience in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a industrial manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to lead and perform all essential functions of the role.
- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and failure mode and effect analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and confident leader with strong problem-solving skills.
