About the Job
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance management within a LIQUID manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial automation.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM) strategies.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices related to maintenance operations.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
