Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage maintenance-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with external contractors as necessary.
- Oversee inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency.
- Track and analyze maintenance data to forecast potential system failures or inefficiencies and develop preventative measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance management roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative teamwork.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
