Maintenance Manager - Archdiocese of Indianapolis

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the appearance, operation, and maintenance of Central Catholic School building and grounds in a safe, effective, and timely manner. The Maintenance Manager's responsibilities include implementing a preventative maintenance schedule, coordinating with service providers and contractors, maintaining open communications with stakeholders, performing regular inspections of the building equipment, and grounds, and performing needed repairs to ensure the facilities clean and maintained in good condition.
