Maintenance Manager - Gpac

Gpac is working with leading company in the ag industry who is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.  

Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience in Maintenance within the agriculture required
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, diagram, written and/or verbal form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
• Professional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write informative reports, business correspondence and formal presentations, that can be effective to all levels of personnel
• Experience with maintenance of heavy equipment and vehicles 
• Experience with maintenance of agriculture facilities, wells and water lines, livestock pens and facilities, conveyors and feed equipment, etc.
• Welding experience preferred
• Preventative maintenance scheduling for multiple locations
• Safety management will be a big part of this role so previous experience with safety duties will be required

Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct and coach Maintenance team in daily activities such as Preventative Maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring that equipment is in safe and efficient working condition as well as responding in a timely manner to equipment breakdowns
• Identify, troubleshoot, plan and implement corrective action for Maintenance related issues
• Be familiar with OSHA regulations and work with other members of Senior Leadership to receive, evaluate and report work needed to keep the facility running
• Analyze and recommend ideas for Maintenance related areas 
• Control mechanical expenses within established budget and actively pursue cost reduction opportunities 
• ability to travel as needed to other sites (less than 10%)

Comp: $90K - $120K base salary + bonus potential
