A leading company specializing in industrial reconditioning and protective coating services is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations across three plants, leading a team of eight technicians. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and a comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components. Working collaboratively, the new leader will enhance operational efficiency by effectively leading, implementing, and refining maintenance processes while adhering to industry-standard safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians across multiple facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant operation.
- Manage all installations, repairs, and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, placing orders as necessary to avoid disruptions.
- Train and develop maintenance staff, enhancing their skills and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Handle the budgeting and forecasting for maintenance expenses.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical maintenance
- Extensive experience in industrial maintenance with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a chrome plating or heavy industrial setting
- Strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components of industrial machinery
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team
- Familiarity with standard industry safety and quality regulations
