Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or maintenance management experience.
- Minimum 8 years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in equipment coordination and service writing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements What you'll need: 8-10+ years of heavy diesel truck/trailer repair & maintenance experience Mastery of engine troubleshooting, overhauls, rebuilds Expertise across major systems - electrical, emissions, transmissions Preventative maintenance, engine, and electrical certifications Dedication to efficiency and hitting repair time targets Your own tools and eagerness to continually train Class A or B CDL preferred Join our elite team of diesel gurus keeping our fleet in showroom condition.
