Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with pasta manufacturing equipment, as well as hands-on expertise in the production of ravioli, tortellini, and other pasta products. They must possess a proven track record in reducing downtime through strategic preventive maintenance planning and execution.

Skills and Competencies Needed:

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex maintenance challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments and report on maintenance activities.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance management, safety, or equipment repair are a plus.
