We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager for our Food Manufacturing Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead and manage all aspects of our maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing facilities by overseeing the maintenance of our machinery, equipment, and systems. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all maintenance operations in our food manufacturing facilities, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems are functioning optimally.
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment.
3. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
4. Coordinate with production and quality control teams to ensure all maintenance activities are aligned with production schedules and quality standards.
5. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Manage and oversee all repair and installation work, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
7. Utilize CMMS to track and manage maintenance tasks, inventory, and costs.
8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GMP and other relevant industry regulations.
9. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
10. Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
3. Proven expertise in welding, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, and fabrication.
4. Strong knowledge of GMP and other relevant industry regulations.
5. Experience with CMMS and other maintenance management software.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
10. Proven record of implementing effective preventative maintenance programs.
11. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
