Are you a proactive leader with a passion for maintaining outstanding facilities? Join Inframark's Rockdale County team, based in Conyers, GA, as a Maintenance Supervisor! You’ll lead all aspects of our maintenance personnel, handle equipment installations, and ensure our facilities are in excellent condition. Your role will be critical in keeping our physical plant, grounds, and related equipment running efficiently.

You will:
+ Planning and Implementation: Collaborate in the development and implementation of goals, strategies, and operational procedures.
+ Team Leadership: coordinate hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and development of your team.
+ Collaborate with Contractors: Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and improving the appearance of our building and grounds. Meet and approve outside contractors to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
+ Manage Supplies: Purchase and handle all maintenance supplies and repair parts for facility equipment. Assist with building and inventory needs.
+ Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule jobs for each crew, ensuring efficient workflow.
+ Coordinate vehicle and equipment repairs, and run tool and parts lists for employees.
+ Quality Assurance: Perform QA/QC for work orders to maintain high standards.
+ Collaborate with other departments to coordinate scheduled jobs and vehicles.
You will need:
+ Education & Experience: BA/BS in a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the water and wastewater field.
+ Certifications: Valid driver’s license required. A water and/or wastewater license is preferred.
Skills & Proficiencies:
Communication: Clear and professional interpersonal skills. Ability to contribute to a positive customer experience and maintain composure in complicated situations.
Problem Solving: Attention to detail and ability to solve sophisticated issues. Thinks big picture and develops innovative solutions.
Management: Follows company policies and SOPs. Delegates, prioritizes, and leads the work of others effectively.

Physical Demands:
Capable of regularly lifting 50-60 pounds, moving large equipment/tools, and accessing confined spaces. Will be required to walk and climb stairs and ladders.
