About the Job
Our client is seeking aMaintenance Manager with expertise in supervising maintenance operations within the bottling sector. This role will primarily focus on overseeing the continuous upkeep of bottle cleaners, liquid fillers, cappers, induction sealers, and labelers. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and be available to address emergency maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of bottling equipment, including cleaners, fillers, cappers, sealers, and labelers.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance issues promptly and ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for repairs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs, providing guidance and solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience managing the maintenance of bottling equipment, including bottle cleaners, liquid fillers, cappers, induction sealers, and labelers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage emergency maintenance situations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a maintenance team.
- Availability to be on-call for emergency situations.
- Proficiency in maintenance tracking software and Microsoft Excel.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
