Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing maintenance technicians and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Analyze maintenance data to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support training and development of technical staff.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance management.
