Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of building maintenance, ensuring that all facilities meet safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Manage, supervise, and train a team of maintenance staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential facility equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for the repair and maintenance of facilities.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all EPA regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders, including staff, clients, and suppliers.
- Implement and oversee a robust and compliant CPO program.
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
- Regularly report on maintenance status and activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in the Construction industry.
- EPA Certified HVAC Technician.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience with HVAC systems, building maintenance, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be willing to be on call for emergencies.
