How You'll Perform the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Maintenance Team.
• Oversee daily Maintenance Department activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards.
• Manage department budgeting.
• Coordinate plant projects and inspections.
• Balance administrative tasks with floor work.
• Collaborate with Safety, Quality, and Production teams.

What We Need From You

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and TPM.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with CMMS and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Five years in a managerial maintenance role.
