Maintenance Manager - Judge Group

Location: Berkeley Lake, GA
Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually
Description:

Seeking a Maintenance Manager experienced in the manufacturing industry. *Food preferred  

•  Build and manage a team including Supervisors, Leads, Clerks, and Technicians to achieve plant objectives.

•  Manage all Resources to ensure the operations meets production goals at budgeted cost. 
•  Maintain and Manage inventory to ensure most cost-effective equipment up time is maintained. 
•  Identify required spare parts and appropriate min and max levels for inventory. 
•  Understand cost drivers within the budget and seek improvements in cost reduction. 
•  Develop Capital Projects to meet company goals and ensure reliability of plant operations. 
•  Develop and monitor KPI’s to ensure the department stays on track to meet plant goals. 
•  Improve the Preventive Maintenance processes within our PM software.

Skills and Qualifications: 

•  Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. 
•  Minimum of 5 years’ experience with maintenance
•  Food manufacturing experience is preferred. 
•  Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting 
•  Effective problem-solving skills 
•  PLC troubleshooting preferred 
•  Familiarity with safety procedures for a variety of equipment and machines
