• Support the Company's mission, vision, values and goals in performance of daily activities.
• Responsible for performance feedback and leadership of all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling and corrective action when situations dictate.
• Responsible for leading all maintenance activities.
• Provide leadership essential to maintaining safety as a fundamental priority in department based activities.
• Lead and coordinate activities of skilled and nonskilled workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds and utility systems of plant.
• Provide leadership in preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
• Provide model behavior to demonstrate corporate values.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Avon team and reports to the Plant Manager.

Required experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in a management role.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in an automotive/metals/assembly manufacturing environment preferred.
