Job Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a technical maintenance team
Oversee hiring, performance reviews, and skill development of staff
Utilize CMMS for work order management and progress tracking
Develop and implement work instructions and training programs
Coordinate workload and schedule maintenance activities
Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators
Implement and sustain LEAN, 5-S, and Total Productive Maintenance initiatives
Ensure equipment operates within specifications and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance schedules
Oversee preventative maintenance, calibration, and record-keeping
Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and plant expansions
Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety practices

Requirements:

8+ years experience in large equipment maintenance
3-5 years management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CMMS software
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to lift 55 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Additional Details:

Salary: $105,000-125,000 per year
