About the Job
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities and machine maintenance, including preventative maintenance and project management for facility improvements. Dynamic Group has two locations this individual will oversee (Ramsey & Coon Rapids). This hands-on role ensures the efficient operation and longevity of both the facility and equipment, with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Responsibilities include managing maintenance projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient production processes. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential.
Facilities Maintenance- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the facility to ensure a safe and functional working environment.
- Address facility issues as they arise.
- Coordinate and manage facility improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Assist with planning and subsequently managing facility improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed to support project completion.
- Regularly inspect machinery to identify potential issues before they lead to failures, ensuring consistent operation.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment according to established schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly as required).
- Address and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance strategies to extend machinery lifespan and improve overall reliability.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including trends and outcomes, to inform future maintenance planning.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, inspections, and project progress.
Requirements

Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to maintain, service, troubleshoot and repair a variety of production and facilities tools, machinery and equipment.
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Willingness to be trained on equipment and teach others.
Must be flexible and able to handle the demands and pressures of a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of:Plastic injection molding and related equipment (presses, dryers, etc.).
Common production and facilities maintenance tools and equipment (cranes, measuring devices, torches, heaters, air compressors, etc.).
Industry safety and OSHA standards.
General office equipment, including computers, calculators, telephones, copier, etc.
General manufacturing and office procedures.
Physical Demands The employee is required to:- Stand stationary, move about, climb, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, handle and feel.
- Exert 25 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
- Exert over 100 pounds of force infrequently.
The employee is subject to:
