Maintenance Inventory Specialist - Days - Milk Specialties Global

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Inventory Specialist to join the Norfolk, NE team. The shift for the position is Days M-F, 8am – 5pm.

MILK SPECIALTIES GLOBAL IS OFFERING A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS ROLE!!!

Pay:  $21.00 starting per hour 

Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory and ordering of all maintenance parts.
• Organization of parts, tools, maintenance office and shop.
• Identifying and ordering critical spare parts for maintenance department.
• Negotiate and order best priced parts for facility.
• Maintain proper documentation related to maintenance repairs.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors on projects for the facility.
• Work with shipping companies such as UPS and/or FedEx.
• Perform duties related to preventative, routine and emergency maintenance of buildings and equipment.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and previous inventory management experience.
• Previous parts clerk and/or inventory management experience preferred or equivalent skills in a food processing plant.
