The role requires the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while demonstrating a strong attention to detail in tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and upkeep. You should be physically capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs as needed, with preferred experience in painting and drywall tasks. The capacity to take direction and follow through on tasks efficiently is essential, ensuring that the facility remains in top condition to meet the needs of our team and clients.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 2+ years' maintenance experience preferred
