Job Details
Fleet Maintenance & Repairs:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair fleet vehicles, including trucks, ensuring they are operational and compliant with safety standards.
Perform or coordinate electrical repairs and mechanical work on the fleet.
Oversee scheduled maintenance and service records for all vehicles.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain and repair operational equipment such as machinery and tools used in daily operations.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Facility Maintenance:
Address building maintenance needs, including roof inspections, garage door functionality, and warehouse lighting.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for the facility.
Leadership & Oversight:
Manage and lead a small team (the "derailment") responsible for maintenance and repairs.
Develop and prioritize work schedules to address immediate and long-term needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of truck mechanics and electrical systems.
Experience with equipment and building maintenance.
Leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
