The Mission for this Position:
The person hired for this position must be highly organized and versatile. As the Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and maintenance of various assets, including SkyShare and CB vehicles, recreational vehicles, buildings, grounds, and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks will be crucial in successfully managing and coordinating these responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and tracking on all SkyShare and CB vehicles/recreational vehicles to ensure their safe and optimal functioning
- Conduct general building maintenance and upkeep at both Ogden and SLC offices, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment
- Maintain the grounds surrounding the Ogden office, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance
- Coordinate and prepare assets for special events in collaboration with the event coordinator, ensuring that all necessary equipment and vehicles are ready for use
- Establish and maintain an organized system for inventorying assets in the hangar, making it easy to locate and track items
- Assist with special assignments from the executive team and managers, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks
- Prepare recreational vehicles for trips, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for travel
- Perform grounds maintenance at the CEO's home, ensuring a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment. (various mx projects, no landscaping required)
- Conduct equipment maintenance at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO), ensuring all equipment is in top working condition
- Handle light handyman duties as needed, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Perform paint and upkeep on building projects, ensuring that facilities are in good condition and aesthetically appealing
- Be prepared for potential travel to assist with special events, including the delivery and setup of equipment and assets
- Create and manage a comprehensive maintenance log book for all machinery and equipment under your purview, tracking maintenance schedules and procedures
- Occasionally move heavy equipment and items, demonstrating physical capability and adherence to safety protocols
- Travel and deliver equipment and assets for events, ensuring timely and efficient setup and breakdown
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check prior to hire
- Valid driver's license and meet the company's insurance requirements
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed for special events
- Available to work days, nights, or weekends as needed

Compensation:
- $22-$25/hour depending on experience
