Position Details
- Maintains functionality of all facilities and systems required to operate the building and grounds.
- Performs work on special projects such as construction and/or interior design.
- Maintains proper appearance of interior and exterior of buildings and grounds.
- Completes basic repairs in and around the organization.
- Performs preventive maintenance and maintains service records on kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, pumps, motors, and miscellaneous medical equipment.
- Responds to facility maintenance requests; relocates furniture and other equipment when needed.
- Maintains documentation in the electronic work order system and preventive maintenance system.
- Performs snow removal.
Schedule
- Full-time; 80 hours per biweekly pay period
- Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm and every 4th weekend
- Includes on-call 1 week per month and 2-3 holidays per year
What You Offer
- Perham Health will provide on the job training, but incumbent must have relevant experience in the various crafts and trades.
- Must have a Class B (or greater) boiler license; or the ability to obtain a special engineers license within 4 months and a second class B license within 18 months. Must maintain second Class B Boiler or greater throughout employment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
