Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer position include:

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and PLCs.
• Proficiency with vertical baggers and 14 Head Scales; experience recommending and implementing maintenance software is a plus.
• Creating and implementing maintenance plans, policies, and procedures for production equipment.
• Conducting quality checks and performing preventative and emergency maintenance as needed.
• Overseeing and managing budgets for equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborating on new machinery installation and providing guidance on safety compliance.
• Hiring and training assistant maintenance technicians after joining the team.
• Adhering to food safety, GMP, and safety protocols while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
