As a Permanent Maintenance Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our electrical systems. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Maintenance Electrician, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring the proper functioning of all electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
2. Conducting regular inspections to identify and rectify potential electrical faults and prevent breakdowns.
3. Performing preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure their longevity and reliability.
4. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
6. Assisting in the planning and implementation of new electrical installations.
7. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and achieve operational goals.
8. Keeping detailed records of all maintenance work carried out, including any parts or materials used.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Permanent Maintenance Electrician, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance electrical experience in a manufacturing setting.
2. A journeyman or master electrician license in the state of Wisconsin.
3. Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems in a manufacturing setting.
4. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, and regulations.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
