Our client, a Global Packaging and Printing Company, is seeking a Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to lead their maintenance team at a facility near Cincinnati, Ohio. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical maintenance tasks, team members, and plant operations. This role is key to maintaining equipment reliability, safety, and compliance while minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Supervision:
- Direct electricians and maintenance personnel in troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and plant standards.
Maintenance Management:
- Monitor the performance of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation of schedules, repairs, installations, and training for regulatory compliance.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols during electrical work.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with plant leadership to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Plan and oversee capital projects, electrical upgrades, and equipment installations.
Use of Maintenance Systems:
- Ensure accurate data entry and use of the Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

- Equipment and building records accuracy
Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems.
- Experience in planning and executing capital projects and equipment upgrades.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., EPA standards).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience).
- Benefits: Full benefits package offered.
