Job Title: Director of Maintenance

Primary Purpose: Supervise, coordinate, and perform maintenance activities to ensure the center is in good repair and compliant with safety, fire regulations, and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Manage budgets and procurement for maintenance supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.
