This position is responsible for directing maintenance & housekeeping operations by identifying requirements, forecasting resources, providing oversight for minor construction projects, capital improvement projects, and daily cleaning & repair tasks. Assure timely completion of all tasks by providing direction to supervisors, technicians, engineers, and vendors. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ideal candidates will have 5 years' prior maintenance experience in all areas. Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus!
