Responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and inventory.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance or management.
