Qualifications:
- Current hands-on CPR Certification.
- Must have a clear background screening.
- Must have reliable transportation.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director. This position is the department head for the environmental services staff. The individual in this position is primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the assisted living facility units, common areas and the community grounds. Coordinates and supervises the work of employees in the environmental services department which includes transportation and security (if applicable). This individual is responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related systems as well as the upkeep of building, building grounds and facility equipment. All directors and managers will report to Executive Director when any inspector or official agency arrives at the property.
