Maintenance Director - The Fountains at Mill Cove

The Maintenance Director is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a Maintenance Director you are responsible for working in an interdisciplinary environment. The job duties include:

• Establishes and maintains a positive rapport with patients/residents, family members, visitors, etc.
• Directs the community maintenance staff
• Promptly responds to emergency, notifying immediate supervisor as required
• Functions as an effective member of the team by completing and documenting assignments in a timely, accurate, and caring manner.
• Effectively collaborates with other team members to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positivity throughout the workplace

Job Requirements

• Degree from a two year college or technical school and a minimum of 3 years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills required.
• HVAC certification is required.
