Job Title: Regional Level Maintenance Director

Location: Milwaukee Area, WI

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations for two facilities in the Milwaukee area.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
• Manage and train maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
