About the Job
This position would be onsite at our Yorkville Plant.
Duration/Usual Hours Per Week: Full-Time, 40hrs/week. Overtime is based on
department and company needs.
Shift/Work Days: First Shift. Maintenance Office hours are 7am - 5pm but are
subject to change and based on department and company needs.
Monday through Saturday. Weekends could be required but are based on
department and company needs.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must be organized and detail orientated.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast pace/high pressure environment.
- Experience with Inventory and purchasing of parts for a maintenance department is required.
- Experience with a preventative maintenance program highly preferred.
- Must be able to drive fork lift and company vehicle and be able to pick up 50 pounds.
- Must be able to execute and operate maintenance program (Will Train).
- Must be able to communicate parts needs to Maintenance Manager.
- Must be able to keep and predict usages of oil, grease, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, along with assisting the Maintenance Department Manager.
- This position will also help with Purchasing, maintaining parts room, inventory and Preventative Maintenance program.
- Checking in of materials, logging in. Checking in, checking out.
- Inventory Management experience.
- Some mechanical experience, preferred.
- Keep bin stocks at acceptable levels.
- Keep incoming parts labeled and put in correct bins.
