Maintenance Coordinator - SWEETWATER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC

We are looking to hire a Maintenance Coordinator in Fayetteville, NC for Addison Ridge Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a proven background as an effective leader and a positive personality.

Our Maintenance Coordinator should have 2+ years of experience at an apartment community overseeing at least 3 team members. Responsibilities will include ordering supplies, overseeing capital repairs, and ensuring our turn schedule is timely and efficient. This candidate should be familiar with all aspects of basic maintenance and repair. This will include light plumbing, electrical, minor appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, and more. The ability to work with vendors to coordinate cleaning, painting, and miscellaneous projects is necessary. Experience with pool maintenance is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage work orders
• Outsource and manage third-party contractors and vendors to accomplish specialized maintenance tasks
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities such as make ready, capital improvements and property upkeep.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for the turn team
• Perform regular inspections to ensure all assets are in good working order
