Maintenance Coordinator - Path Engineering

As a Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll be responsible for planning work schedules, monitoring performance, and implementing measures to improve productivity and efficiency. You'll supervise maintenance associates, oversee the tooling section, and work with cross-functional teams to meet cost standards. You'll also be in charge of documenting maintenance services, evaluating systems and equipment performance, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of relevant professional experience, or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to plan, monitor, and appraise job contributions; recommend compensation actions; and adhere to policies and procedures.
