Overview:EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Controller for our team. The Fleet Maintenance Controller will forecast, schedule, and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance needs for our growing fleet of Aircraft. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to implement and maintain programs and initiatives critical for business continuity. Experience required in fleet logistics, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and maintenance programs. Experience and a background in using database technology to solve real world problems are attributes that are necessary in fulfilling this role.
Responsibilities:• Primary point of contact for the Pilot Help Line
• Provide on-call maintenance support (including evenings and alternating weekends) for our pilots during flight operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance planning and coordination of aircraft movement to suitable maintenance facilities
• Facilitate aircraft maintenance scheduling activities
• Provides Maintenance Records Support, including generating and processing workorders from an Aircraft Maintenance Management system for Maintenance performed in PFA hangars and 3rd party maintenance shops
• Vet 3rd party maintenance shops for capability, quality and price competitiveness
• Vet 3rd party maintenance shops for contractual partnerships, i.e. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreements
• Track aircraft downtime and return to service (RTS) expectations
• Assist with the development and facilitation of the maintenance budget and expenditures
• Pays for services rendered by 3rd party maintenance shops
• Reconciliation of Maintenance Control credit card purchases and submission of reports
• Partner and coordinate with Pilot Operations to drive synergy, efficiency, and a positive working environment in the execution of our work product
• Provide maintenance control, protocol and ongoing educational trainings to our pilot staff
• Act as a liaison between the mechanics, pilots, maintenance facilities, parts vendors and managers in the support of our fleet of aircraft
• May be called upon to exercise the privileges of their A&P certificate to perform aircraft maintenance at our base locations or in the field
• Ability to occasionally travel as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Inspection Authorization (IA) certificate
• 5+ years’ experience in a related field
• 5+years’ experience in fleet management, preferably in aircraft operations
• Proven ability to communicate effectively through multiple levels of the organization to drive results
• Team oriented approach that brings cohesiveness between groups
• Ability to develop financial forecasts
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly
• Well-organized, dependable, self-sufficient
• Adaptability during multiple maintenance events to ensure continuity of service
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Normal, corrective vision range, ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Will need to comfortably travel long and short distances

The work environment is primarily indoors. At the discretion of the Director of Fleet Maintenance Administration, this position may work remotely.
The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $60,000 to $88,000 per year, bonus eligible.
