Job Title: Mx Mechanic

Position Purpose: Perform composite aircraft maintenance activities according to established policies and procedures as directed by a lead mechanic or supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on aircraft.
• Inspect, repair, and replace composite materials as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license preferred.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance, specifically with composites.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
