Maintenance / Building Engineer Job Description

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be a team player and good communicator
• Ability to bend, walk, carry, squat, lift & use of hands
• Ability to read, speak and understand English
• Abilitiy to obtain necessary repair quotes for all types of repairs
• Able to repair simple electrical, plumbing, drywall, cleaning, and all other common repairs
• Common knowledge of Fire, Electrical & Plumbing codes
• General knowledge of security systems
• Able to install equipment
• General knowledge of Commercial HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical & Fire Prevention Systems
• General knowledge of commercial kitchen appliances & exhaust systems
• General knowledge of pool systems and landscaping equipment
• Other duties deemed necessary by the general manager

$45000 - $55000 per year
