Maintenance Associate - TahoeXperience

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Ensure the quality of assigned homes is maintained at a high level, consistent with a 5 star guest stay.
• Supervise all maintenance/cleanliness of properties, while making suggestions for improvements to the property to the TX team and home owners. Our goal is to benefit the owners with improved rental results.
• The position will largely be in the field managing and scheduling necessary technical work, conducting repairs, and conducting maintenance inspections. 
• The goal of this position is to develop relationships with current and future vendors with varying skill-sets. Vendors may include electricians, plumbers, handymen, snow removers, cleaners, and inspectors.
• Some guest services management experience will be necessary during the peak seasons to get a full grasp on present issues, how to get ahead of the various challenges, and to more quickly learn the quirks and differences of our properties. 

Requirements of this position include:

• Several years of technical maintenance/repair experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with the G Suite tools and services.
• Strong ability for multi-tasking and time management.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Lake Tahoe and Reno areas on a consistent basis. Mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.
• A love for Lake Tahoe and all that our area has to offer. 

This position will begin on a part-time basis, but may quickly transition to a full-time position. The pay range is $25-35/hour, depending on experience.
